For landscaping and lawn care companies

Stop losing jobs to the voicemail.

You're on a mower. A homeowner calls, gets voicemail, and calls the next guy. CRM Basket texts them back in seconds, books the estimate, chases the quote, and asks for the review when the job's done. It runs while you're on the job.

$97/month after the trial. Optional $497 setup kit. Cancel anytime.

The parts of running a crew that aren't landscaping.

Every one of these is built in, connected, and set up for you.

Missed-call text-back

Can't pick up? They get a text within seconds, from your business number, asking what they need. Most people reply to a text before they call your competitor.

Quotes that don't get forgotten

Send the estimate from your phone. If they go quiet, a follow-up text goes out on day 3 and day 7. You stop wondering whether to "check in."

Google reviews, without begging

When you mark a job done, the customer gets a text with a one-tap link to your Google listing. More reviews means you show up first when the next neighbor searches.

Estimates people book themselves

A booking link on your site and in every text-back. Homeowners pick a slot that fits your route days, get a reminder, and you stop playing phone tag.

Your customer list sells for you

Spring cleanup, mulch, fall leaves, snow contracts. One text to last year's customers fills the schedule before you spend a dollar on ads.

The whole thing in an app in the truck

Every call, text, and quote in one inbox. Your calendar, your customer list, and Tap to Pay for the driveway. Run the office from the cab.

Get paid before you leave the driveway.

No chasing checks, no "I'll mail it." Open the CRM Basket app, type the amount, and the homeowner taps their card or phone to yours. Or text them the invoice and they pay from the couch. Either way it lands in your bank, and the review request goes out on its own.

  1. Mark the job done and tap "Charge"Type $1,850 for the cleanup and mulch, or pull it from the quote.
  2. They tap their card or phoneApple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless cards. Works on iPhone and Android. Not home? Text the invoice instead.
  3. Receipt sent, review requestedReceipt goes out by text, the review ask follows two days later, and they're on the list for next spring.

Standard card processing fees apply. Works anywhere you have a phone signal: the driveway, the job site, the truck.

Here's what the first two weeks look like.

Say you run a three-person crew doing mowing, cleanups, mulch, and the occasional patio. Your phone rings while you're working, quotes pile up in a notes app, and you know you should ask for reviews but never do. This is what we set up.

  • Your business number, with missed-call text-back turned on from day one
  • A website with a "Get an estimate" button that books straight onto your calendar
  • A quote follow-up sequence: day 3 and day 7, in your words
  • A review request that fires when you mark a job done
  • Your customer list imported, ready for the spring cleanup blast
  • The app on every crew phone, with Tap to Pay on yours

What the setup kit actually includes.

This is done for you, not handed to you as a template. Send us your logo, your service list, and a few job photos. Two weeks later your phone is answering itself.

Your website

Home, services, a photo gallery, reviews, and a "Get an estimate" button that books onto your calendar. Built on your domain, or we'll connect the site you have.

Business number

A local number for calls and texts, registered for business texting, with missed-call text-back switched on. Keep your cell number private.

Quote follow-up

A two-text, one-email sequence that goes out when a quote sits unanswered. Written for your services, in your voice.

Review requests

Automatic text with your Google review link when a job is marked done. Plus a "reply to reviews" reminder so you never leave one hanging.

Estimate booking

A booking link tied to your route days and service area. Confirmations and reminders included, so no-shows drop.

Seasonal campaigns

Four ready-to-send texts: spring cleanup, mulch season, fall leaves, and snow contracts. Send each one to last year's customers with one tap.

App + Tap to Pay

The mobile app on your phone and your crew's, with payments switched on, so you can charge on the driveway from day one.

Walkthrough call

An hour with Eric to show you where everything is and how to send your first seasonal blast.

One setup fee. One monthly price.

The full CRM Basket suite, the same one that runs our other customers, with a setup kit built around how a landscaping company actually gets work.

Free one-page guide

Six things that quietly cost landscapers jobs.

A one-page check-up you can print and stick in the truck: the missed call, the quote that went quiet, the check you're still chasing, and three more, with the fix for each.

  • The call you missed at 2:40 and what a text-back would have done
  • Why estimates go quiet, and the follow-up that doesn't
  • A "Sound familiar?" checklist. Two checks and you're leaving money on the table

Questions landscapers ask.

I already have a website. Do I have to move it?

No. We can add the estimate booking button, the forms, and the review link to the site you have. If you'd like the site rebuilt as part of the kit, that's included at no extra cost.

I use Jobber, Yardbook, or a paper calendar for scheduling. Does this replace it?

It can, but it doesn't have to. CRM Basket's job is the front of the business: the phone, the leads, the quotes, the reviews, and the customer list. Keep your route scheduling wherever it works for you, or move it onto our calendar. Either way, nothing falls through the cracks between the call and the job.

Do I need a new phone number?

You get a local business number that rings your cell and handles texting. Missed-call text-back works on that number. You can also forward your existing number to it, so customers keep calling the number on your truck.

I'm on a mower all day. How do I keep up with this?

You mostly don't have to. The text-back, the quote follow-ups, the reminders, and the review requests run on their own. When a homeowner replies, it shows up in the app like a text message, and you answer when you're off the machine.

Does this work in the off-season?

That's when it earns its keep. Your customer list is already in the system, so a snow contract text in October or a spring cleanup text in March goes to everyone you worked for last year with one tap.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You're billed $97/month or $970/year, whichever you chose. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing for the suite. The Launch Kit, if you added it, is charged once at checkout and we start building right away.

How does Tap to Pay work? Do I need a card reader?

No reader. Install the CRM Basket app on your iPhone or Android, enter the amount, and the customer taps their contactless card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay against your phone. Payouts go to your bank; standard processing fees apply. We turn it on during setup.

Can I bring my existing customer list?

Yes. Export it from QuickBooks, Jobber, a spreadsheet, or your phone contacts and we'll import it during setup.

Do you write the texts for me?

Yes. The text-back, the quote follow-ups, the review request, and the four seasonal campaigns are written with you, in your voice, during setup. You can edit any of them later.

Your next missed call could be a booked job.

Start the trial, send us your logo and service list, and let's build the office that runs while you're on the mower.
