For snow plow and snow removal companies

We don't plow.

That's your job. The phone, the contracts, and the invoices are ours.

CRM Basket is software, not a plow company. It answers the calls you miss at 2 AM, texts the customer their place on the route, gets the season contract signed on a phone, sends the invoice, and asks for the Google review while the driveway's still clean. It runs from the cab.

Snow-season rate: $74/month after the trial $97. Cancel anytime.

Things we do not own: A plow truck A salt spreader A skid steer A single yard of gravel What we do own: the software that keeps the people who do own those things paid.

Call us at 2 AM. Seriously.

Our business line is answered 24/7 by Jessica, the same AI front desk your customers would hear when you're in the truck. She picks up, takes the details, books the job, and texts you a summary. Call it right now and listen to what your missed calls could sound like.

She'll tell you she's an AI if you ask. She can also start your free trial or book a call with Eric, a human.

Hi there, thanks for calling CRM Basket! This is Jessica. Are you looking to try CRM Basket for your business, or are you already one of our customers?

You

I run a plow company. What is this?

Jessica

We're the software that runs the office for plow companies: missed calls answered, contracts signed, invoices sent. What's the name of your business?

You

Northline Snow & Ice.

Jessica

Great. Want me to set up your free trial, or book a quick call with Eric?

Your customers get the same thing from your number, in your business name.

The parts of plowing that aren't plowing.

Every one of these comes set up for a plow company. You add your logo and your prices.

Missed-call text-back, mid-storm

Both hands on the wheel? They get a text in seconds, from your business number, asking if they need a push. Most people reply to a text before they call the next guy on the list.

Season contracts signed on a phone

Send the seasonal or per-push agreement by text. They sign with a finger, you get a copy, and the deposit invoice goes out on its own. No more "I'll mail it back."

"You're #14 on the route" texts

One tap sends every customer their spot in line and a rough time. The "did you forget me?" calls stop, and the ones that still come in get the text-back.

Invoices that send and collect themselves

Mark the driveway done and the invoice goes out by text. They pay from the couch; it lands in your bank. Per-push, monthly, or seasonal, your call.

Reviews while the driveway's still clean

The morning after, they get a one-tap link to your Google listing, while they're still grateful. More reviews, more "plow near me" searches that land on you.

October renewals without the phone marathon

One text to last year's customers in October: "Same driveway, same price, reply YES." Your route fills before the first flake, without spending a dollar on ads.

Get paid before the snow melts.

No chasing checks in March for a push you did in January. Mark the job done in the CRM Basket app and the invoice texts itself. Or, if they're standing in the doorway, they tap their card or phone to yours. Either way it lands in your bank, and the review request follows on its own.

  1. Mark the job done and tap "Charge"Type $85 for the push and salt, or pull it from the contract.
  2. They tap, or they pay from the textApple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless cards on your phone. Not home at 6 AM? The invoice text works from the kitchen table.
  3. Receipt sent, review requestedReceipt goes out by text, the review ask follows the next day, and they're on the October renewal list.

Standard card processing fees apply. Works anywhere you have a phone signal: the driveway, the lot, the cab.

Here's what one storm looks like.

Say you run two trucks and a sidewalk crew. Your phone starts at midnight, the seasonals want to know when you're coming, the one-timers want a price, and somebody's contract from October is still unsigned in a drawer. This is what runs while you drive.

  • Your business number, with missed-call text-back on from the first flake
  • A seasonal and a per-push contract, signed by text, deposit invoiced automatically
  • "You're next" route texts sent from a list, one tap per storm
  • Invoices that go out when you mark a driveway done
  • A review request the morning after, from your Google link
  • Last year's customer list imported for the October renewal text

Questions plow guys ask.

Wait. So you don't plow?

Correct. We don't own a truck, a blade, or a spreader. CRM Basket is the software that runs the office side of a plow company: the phone, the contracts, the route texts, the invoices, the reviews. If you're a homeowner looking for a plow, we're not it, but the company you hire might be running on us.

It's 2 AM and I'm in the truck. How do I keep up with this?

You don't have to. The text-back, the route texts, the invoices, and the review requests run on their own. When a customer replies, it shows up in the app like a text message, and you answer at the next red light or in the morning.

Do I need a new phone number?

You get a local business number that rings your cell and handles texting. Missed-call text-back works on that number. You can forward the number that's already on your truck to it, so nothing you've printed goes to waste.

My contracts are a Word doc I print and hand out. Does that work?

Yes. Send us the doc and we turn it into a template that fills in the customer's name and address and gets signed by text. Seasonal, per-push, and commercial lot versions if you need them.

I use Jobber, a paper map, or my head for routing. Does this replace it?

It doesn't have to. CRM Basket handles the front of the business: the phone, the contracts, the invoices, the reviews, and the customer list. Keep your routing wherever it works. The "you're #14" texts send from a simple list you reorder each storm.

I also do landscaping in the summer. Do I need two systems?

No. Same account, same number, same customer list. Your snow customers get the spring cleanup text in March, your mowing customers get the seasonal-contract text in October. That's the whole point of keeping it in one place.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You're billed $74/month or $740/year, whichever you chose, and that snow-season rate stays yours as long as you keep the account. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.

How does Tap to Pay work? Do I need a card reader?

No reader. Install the CRM Basket app on your iPhone or Android, enter the amount, and the customer taps their contactless card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay against your phone. Payouts go to your bank; standard processing fees apply.

Can I bring last year's customer list?

Yes. Export it from QuickBooks, Jobber, a spreadsheet, or your phone contacts and we'll import it on the walkthrough call, so the October renewal text is ready to go.

Who's behind this?

CRM Basket is run by Eric Stewart out of the Hudson Valley in New York. He built it for the trades after years of running his own route-based business, and he's the one on the walkthrough call. You'll get a person, not a ticket number.

Your next 2 AM call could be a paid driveway.

Start the trial, send us your logo and last year's list, and let's get the office running before the first storm.

CRM Basket does not own a plow, a salt spreader, or a single yard of gravel. We just make sure the people who do get paid.
