Jobber’s solo plan starts around $39–$49 a month, but online booking, automated follow-ups and two-way texting live on the $129–$199 plans, with extra users at $29 each. CRM Basket is $97 a month flat for the whole suite with unlimited users.

What you get

Jobber is a tighter job-scheduling and dispatch tool. CRM Basket is the office: missed-call text-back, quotes with e-signature, invoices, review requests, email and text follow-up, a website and a phone number, in one login.

Who should stay on Jobber

If you run four or more trucks and live by GPS crew tracking, job costing and route optimization, Jobber is built for that and we are not.

The honest part

Nobody wins every row, and a comparison page that pretends otherwise isn’t worth your time.

Where Jobber is better

  • Crew dispatch. Jobber’s drag-and-drop schedule, GPS and time clock are the reason bigger crews pay for it.
  • Job costing. If you need to know margin per job, Jobber reports it; we don’t.
  • Route optimization. Jobber sorts a day of stops for you. We don’t.
  • Field-service polish. Ten-plus years of building for contractors shows in the little things like job forms and checklists.

Where CRM Basket is better

  • The phone. Missed-call text-back, a business number and call tracking are included, not add-ons. For a one-truck operation, answering the phone is the whole lead problem.
  • Follow-up. Quote reminders, review requests and seasonal blasts run on their own. In Jobber most of that is a paid tier or the Marketing Suite.
  • One bill. $97 a month covers texting, email, the site and unlimited users. The Jobber plan with equivalent follow-up and texting is $199 plus add-ons.
  • Snow season. Plow companies get the same suite at the $74/mo snow-season rate on the snow page.

Which one is for you

Stay on Jobber if…

You dispatch four or more trucks, track crews by GPS, or run job costing every week.

Switch to CRM Basket if…

You’re the owner plus one or two people, the phone goes to voicemail while you’re on a mower, and you’re paying for Jobber tiers to get texting and follow-up you barely use.

Switching takes about two weeks

Most people run both for a short overlap. Nothing gets lost and no customer notices.

  1. Export your clients

Jobber lets you export clients and jobs as CSV. We import them during setup, free.

  2. Keep your number

Port your business line into CRM Basket, or forward it. Missed-call text-back turns on the same day.

  3. Run both for two weeks

Finish open jobs in Jobber while new quotes go out of CRM Basket. Cancel Jobber when the last invoice clears.

Questions people ask before switching

Does CRM Basket do crew scheduling like Jobber?

It has calendars and job pipelines, not a dispatch board with GPS. For an owner-operator crew that works fine; for a fleet it doesn’t.

Can I move my Jobber clients over?

Yes. Export clients from Jobber as a CSV and we import them, with tags, during setup.

Is texting really included?

Yes. Two-way texting, missed-call text-back and text follow-ups are part of the $97 plan. Heavy senders use a monthly usage credit, and we tell you before anything is billed on top.

What about QuickBooks?

CRM Basket connects to QuickBooks Online so invoices and payments flow to your books.

What does the $497 Launch Kit include?

We build your website in CRM Basket, port or set up your phone number, load your customer list, and turn on the follow-up automations. It’s optional and one-time.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly or yearly, cancel anytime. The trial is 14 days and you aren’t billed until it ends.
