For groomers, daycares, boarding kennels, and trainers
You're mid-groom, or walking a pack, or in the middle of a class. Someone calls, gets voicemail, and books with the shop down the road. CRM Basket texts them back in seconds, books the appointment, sends the reminder, asks for the review, and texts them again when the next groom is due. It runs while you're working.
$97/month after the trial. Optional $497 setup kit. Cancel anytime.
Every one of these is built in, connected, and set up for you.
Clippers in one hand, leash in the other? They get a text within seconds, from your business number, asking what they need. Most people reply to a text before they call the next groomer.
A text the day before and a nudge the morning of, with "reply C to confirm." An empty table at 9 AM costs you the whole slot. Confirmations mean you know by dinner who's actually coming.
When you mark the appointment done, the owner gets a text with a one-tap link to your Google listing. Send the after photo with it and they'll write the review before they've left the parking lot.
A "Book now" link on your site, your Instagram, and every text-back. Grooms, daycare evals, boarding stays, training classes — each on its own calendar, so a Tuesday groom never lands on your class night.
Six weeks after a groom, or a month before the holidays, the owner gets a text: "Biscuit's due, want the same slot?" Your regulars stay regular without you chasing anyone.
New clients fill in breed, weight, vet, temperament notes, and upload rabies and bordetella records before they walk in. You get a text when a vaccine is about to lapse, not when the dog is already on your table.
No card reader, no "I'll Venmo you later." Open the CRM Basket app, type the amount, and the owner taps their card or phone to yours while the dog is still wiggling. Or text them the invoice and they pay before they pull in. Either way it lands in your bank, and the review request goes out on its own.
Standard card processing fees apply. Works anywhere you have a phone signal: the shop, the van, the client's driveway.

Say you run a two-table grooming shop with daycare out back. Your phone rings while you're scissoring a face, bookings live in a paper book and three text threads, and you know you should ask for reviews but never do. This is what we set up.
See it as a real site
Every one is a working site with online booking, live availability, text confirmations, and a "text us" line — the same setup you'd get. Book a fake appointment. Nothing is real except the software.
Service menu with prices by size, pick-a-groomer booking, vaccine upload, rebook texts.
Open the grooming demo →Appointment requests by visit type and doctor, same-day sick slots, intake by text, vaccine-due reminders.
Open the vet demo →Check-in/check-out calendar with live pricing, suites and add-ons, daily photo texts, holiday sell-outs.
Open the boarding demo →The businesses, staff and reviews on the demo sites are fictional. The booking, texting and reminder features are exactly what we set up for you.
This is done for you, not handed to you as a template. Send us your logo, your services and prices, and a few before-and-after photos. Two weeks later your phone is answering itself.
Home, services and prices, a photo gallery, reviews, and a "Book now" button that books onto the right calendar. Built on your domain, or we'll connect the site you have.
A local number for calls and texts, registered for business texting, with missed-call text-back switched on. Keep your cell number private.
Separate calendars for grooming, daycare evals, boarding, and classes, sized to your table time and staff. Online booking, confirmations, and reminders included.
Day-before and morning-of texts with reply-to-confirm, and a "we missed you, want to rebook?" text when someone doesn't show.
A new-client form that captures breed, weight, vet, temperament notes, and vaccine uploads, with a text to you when rabies or bordetella is about to lapse.
Automatic text with your Google review link when an appointment is marked done. Plus a "reply to reviews" reminder so you never leave one hanging.
A due-for-a-groom text on your schedule (4, 6, or 8 weeks), plus ready-to-send blasts for holiday boarding, spring shed season, and a new class starting.
The mobile app on your phone and your staff's, with payments switched on, so you can charge at pickup from day one.

It can, but it doesn't have to. CRM Basket's job is the front of the business: the phone, the leads, the reminders, the reviews, and the client list. If your scheduling app is working, keep it and let CRM Basket handle the texting and follow-up around it. If it isn't, our calendars and booking link do the job and you drop one bill.
Yes. Each service gets its own calendar with its own hours, slot length, and staff. A groom books against table time, a daycare eval books a 20-minute slot, and boarding takes a date range. The "Book now" button shows the client only what applies.
The intake form asks for rabies, bordetella, and DHPP dates and lets the owner upload the vet's paperwork. Those dates live on the client's record, and you get a text a couple of weeks before one lapses so you can ask for the update before the appointment, not at the door.
You get a local business number that rings your cell and handles texting. Missed-call text-back works on that number. You can also forward your existing number to it, so clients keep calling the number on your window.
You mostly don't have to. The text-back, the reminders, the review requests, and the rebook texts run on their own. When an owner replies, it shows up in the app like a text message, and you answer between dogs.
That's when the rebook texts earn their keep. Your client list is already in the system, so a "shed season is here" text in April or a "holiday boarding is filling up" text in October goes to every client you've seen with one tap.
You're billed $97/month or $970/year, whichever you chose. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing for the suite. With the FETCH code, your first month after the trial is free too. The Launch Kit, if you added it, is charged once at checkout and we start building right away.
No reader. Install the CRM Basket app on your iPhone or Android, enter the amount, and the owner taps their contactless card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay against your phone. Payouts go to your bank; standard processing fees apply. We turn it on during setup.
Yes. Export it from your booking app, a spreadsheet, or your phone contacts and we'll import it during setup, with the dog's name and last visit date so the rebook texts start right away.
Start the trial, send us your logo and price list, and let's build the front desk that runs while your hands are full.
