Almost. Our front desk confirms every request by text during business hours, usually within the hour. Until you get the "Confirmed!" text, the slot is held for you but not final.
Prior vaccine records (a photo texted to us is fine), current medications, and a stool sample if you can. Cats in a carrier, dogs on a leash.
Exam fee is $78. Anything beyond that — vaccines, bloodwork, X-rays — is estimated and approved by you before we do it.
Call us at (845) 555-0188. During hours we'll get you in; after hours the call triggers a text with the nearest 24-hour hospital and a heads-up to our on-call doctor.
Yes, for procedures over $300 — we split the invoice into scheduled payments. Ask at check-in or reply to your estimate text and we'll set it up.
