MoeGo’s published plans run from roughly $49 to $159 a month per location or van, and two-way texting is sold separately — groomers commonly report another $100 or more a month for SMS. CRM Basket is $97 a month flat, texting included, unlimited users.
MoeGo is a purpose-built grooming calendar with pet profiles and a client app. CRM Basket is the front desk: online booking, missed-call text-back, reminders, rebook texts when the next groom is due, Google review requests, a website and a phone number.
Multi-van mobile fleets that depend on MoeGo’s route planning and per-van scheduling, or salons that live inside the pet-parent app, should stay.
